Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Absolutely the BEST place I've ever eaten. The meat was outstanding, the variety of meat was spectacular!!

Beyond that, when it was delivered, the staff e planned what the item was & how it was prepared. I've never tasted meat so good.

Une note parfaite pour ce resto incroyable. On ne se doute de rien à l'extérieur mais quand on entre on est frappés par l'ambiance & le style bien particulier de la Louisiane.

Bouffe incroyable. Attention pour les foie sensibles car c'est bien gras!!!

Ce n'est pas à mon premier souper chez Biceps BBQ & c'est toujours aussi bon que la première fois. Je suis fan de la brisquet avec leur frite qui sont vraiment très très bonne. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y aller. Jamai déçu. Je recommande 💯
