Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Un super endroit où tout le personnel est super gentil. Ambiance merveilleuse comme on ne voit nulle part ailleurs. De plus de voir le chef Vincent préparer les assiettes... c'est un most!!! Tout était très bon avec une petite touche spéciale qui fait en sorte qu'on ne peut trouver dans un autre restaurant. Sans parler des desserts...ultra bon & fait maison. C'est comme aller manger chez notre grand-mère. Moi & mon conjoint on a été ébahi 😮 c'est une expérience à renouveler plus souvent . Merci pour la belle soirée

Ambiance très dynamique - staff de plancher super amical & serviable - Bouffe, comme tjrs, excellent - On sors encore en se disant avoir trop manger mais, on fera la meme chose à la prochaine visite.
