Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Service & personnels exceptionnels. Nous étions sur le dernier set de service assis au comptoir & malgré la fin de la soirée, le personnels étaient dynamiques, souriants & la nourriture excellente. Je recommanderai à mes connaissances d'y aller, c'est un restaurant à découvrir & nous allons y retourner assurément. Tant pour manger que d'acheter les produits sous vides.

Absolument excellent en tous points. La nourriture est savoureuse, nous voulions manger des côtes levées, mais il n'y en avait plus alors nous avons choisi les recommandation du serveur (Samuel, très sympathique) & c'était un vrai délice (le big rib & l'échine de porc). Nous avons aussi goûté au bacon, falafel au canard & Mac & Cheese. WOW! Portions généreuses, nous en avons rapporté! Le décor est original, belle ambiance & beau travail d'équipe (félicitations d'ailleurs au propriétaire car on sent vraiment que c'est agréable d'y travailler, les employés connaissent les produits & nous renseignent, viennent nous voir pour vérifier si tout est correct). Nous avions vu ce restaurant à l'émission "99 raisons d'aimer Québec", heureusement car il est situé en banlieue de Québec (10 minutes environ), mais le détour en vaut la peine.

Excellent service, l'odeur du fumoir est juste un bel aperçu des délices que l'on peut trouver dans nos assiettes. Ambiance avec un beau cachet. Bien hâte à ma prochaine visite!
