About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Service impeccable, la nourriture est toujours aussi bonne. J'ai pas encore réussi à trouver quelques chose sur le menu qui n'est pas bon. Je recommande a tous de prendre le gâteau au carotte, & croyez-moi, ça va changer votre vie & vous ne verrez plus le gâteau au carotte de la même façon.

Très surévalué, nourriture correcte, j'avais tellement entendue bons commentaires, j'y suis allé une fois & c'est la dernière, musique redondante, country américain seulement, poulet frit très sec, j'ai reçu 3 morceaux de poulet & ma voisine 4 morceaux même plat. Aucun substitution des aliments, aucun moyen de changer le pain au maïs contre des frites, voyons donc. Belles photos sur le FB mais ne vous attendez pas a recevoir de réponse à vos messages.

Rien à redire pour l'accueil, le service & la nourriture. Le restaurant fait parti de mes premiers choix depuis plusieurs années. Par contre , annuellement lorsque je réserve avec Libro pour mon anniversaire j'ai le plaisir de me faire offrir un "extrême onction" & cette fois-ci ; pas du tout. Vous me direz que c'e n'est qu'un détail mais pour moi cela a de l'importance. Un oubli sans doute!
