Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

In town to visit family. I'm 60+ having tried bbq all over the world including all 50 US states, these were the best ribs I've ever had!

Let's put aside the fact that the food was incredible. The service & the space were both incredible. All the staff greeted us & were talking to us when walking by the table. Our server spent a nice amount of time recommending & just having small talk with us. The ambiance was great as well. Really great experience overall. Will definitely recommend & come back.

Atmosphère, service, qualité de la nourriture méritent facilement 5 étoiles. Pour les amateurs de bonnes viandes fumées, c'est un must. J'aurais donné 5 étoiles sauf pour deux facteurs. Le premier, la nourriture n'était pas très chaude à l'arrivée à notre table. C'est dommage, ça aurait été encore mieux. Le deuxième, beaucoup plus subjectif, leur sauce bbq maison, bien qu'elle soit exceptionnelle, est trop liquide. Je préférerais de loin la même sauce un peu plus épaisse, plus sur la viande que dans l'assiette. Somme toute, à essayer!!
