Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

C'est un endroit fantastique & chaleureux, une expérience multisensorielle & l'un de mes endroits préférés au monde. Je me retiens volontairement d'y aller plus souvent afin de préserver la magie. La nourriture y est d'une qualité exceptionnelle mais c'est surtout par son service que se démarque ce fabuleux restaurant puisqu'on y est toujours accueilli par un personnel chaleureux. Merci à DT pour son excellent service & son énergie il est vraiment le fun à voir au comptoir. Ca été aussi super de rencontrer le chef durant la soirée. On a déjà notre prochaine réservation.
Pour la bouff le menu découverte est juste trop exceptionnel. On était venu il y a env 3 ans & la qualité est la meme ou meilleure (menu découverte cest nouveau je pense)

Dès l'entrée dans le resto, l'odeur alléchante est venue chatouiller nos papilles gustatives. Personnel sympathique, convivial, accueillant, chaleureux & j'en passe. Les goûts/saveurs étaient tout simplement sublimes.
