About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Resto convivial, bel accueil, service impeccable. Côté repas l'explication du menu très apprécié, les entrées très succulentes & le vin fait partie de meilleurs. Le repas principal était trop salé, je n'ai pas pu le manger 😟 merci pour l'excellent service

Le restaurant est super! Dès qu'on entre on se sent voyager comme si on était aux USA. Ca sent le feu de bois & la viande fumée, le décor est incroyable & l'ambiance le fun. On a eu le droit au menu dégustation & c'était excellent de A à Z. Les employés sont vraiment gentils & ont pris le temps de souligner l'anniversaire de mon conjoint. C'est une très belle équipe! Je recommande fortement aux fans de BBQ d'y aller. Vous ne serez pas déçus!
