Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Très intéressante expérience culinaire. Nous avons mangé la pièce de boeuf pour deux: délicieuse. Service impeccable, dynamique & chaleureux. Nous étions 4 grands mères avec des appétits pour faire rougir les jeunes. Nous avons été très bien traités Merci.

Super ambiance, mais le service était décevant. La serveuse a manqué énormément de professionnalisme. Elle n'avait aucune gêne & agissait comme si elle nous connaissait depuis toujours. Elle a fait un fuck you à mon ami.. & la traité de cheap alors qu'il avait laissé 21% de pourboire. C'est pas acceptable selon moi. En plus toutes goûtent le bourbon. C'est notre 3e & dernière visite.
