About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Do not let the facade of this establishment fool you. Inside is an intimately lit room with a small bar off to the corner. Penelope & Gabriel were wonderful hosts & a wealth of knowledge on mixology. I honestly put a lot of the knowledge they were unloading on me into my back pocket. Their expertise in their craft is a marvel to watch & an absolute pleasure to talk to.

For dinner, I chose the St Louis ribs paired with Cheval Blanc. The maple syrup & red ale glaze were amazing. The meat fell off the bone as it should.

For dessert, carrot cake with an espresso martini as recommended by Gabriel. Sweet & savory & a lot bigger than I expected, half of it definitely came home with me.

Overall, 11/10 for the simple fact that every turn, I was blown away by everything. My next visit will definitely have this in the plans. Thank you!

Style américain avec des symboles d'armes à feu, de balles & du Texas. Le dessert était très, très sucré ! Mais la portion était très grande. Le menu n'est pas compliqué & il est facile de choisir. La rapidité du service était bonne. Les cocktails étaient délicieux !

Tout commence par l'ambiance chaleureuse & emblématique d'un resto du sud des États-Unis, suivi d'un personnel courtois, s'adaptant aux clients un gros plus, pour finir la bouffe de qualité avec du goût & on redécouvre le plaisir de bien manger. Pour conclure une très belle aventure culinaire & surtout à refaire, BRAVO À TOUTE L'ÉQUIPE.

Lors de notre dernière visite à Québec, nous nous sommes arrêtés Chez Biceps BBQ, un incontournable que nous voulions faire depuis plusieurs mois. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement & l'ambiance était festive. Vincent le proprio a même pris un instant pour venir nous saluer. Le repas était excellent & dépassait nos attentes, nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée

J'étais au début sceptique quant à la réputation de ce restaurant. Bref, je n'avais jamais mangé de la viande aussi tendre dans une ambiance aussi particulière. Que dire des serveuses, nous avons eu droit à trois serveuses différentes, toutes aussi amicales les unes que les autres. À la prochaine!
