About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Excellente expérience! Nous avons dû couper court à notre souper puisque notre bébé avait besoin de nous a la maison & l'équipe a rapidement organisé le reste de notre menu partage pour emporter en plus de se montrer très compréhensive. On a pu compléter le festin à la maison pour cette fois. Gros coup de coeur pour le brisket, mais tout était succulent :) À une prochaine!

Wow! Je mets 10/5 tellement c'est une belle & bonne place! La patate douce est ma nouvelle définition du bonheur! Le personnel (Gabriel au bar & les serveurs (euses) sont super! Mon nouveau spot quand je viens travailler à Québec.

Outstanding bbq. The flavours were well thought out & it was a very memorable experience. The decor & ambience was also a unique added touch! Portions are small but it's a great experience to try different dishes.
