Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Je suis allée pour la poutine week donc commande pour emportée seulement. Mais, comme d'habitude, la bouffe était excellente! Ce qui était bien est qu'il y avait qq chaises de disponibles pour s'asseoir lorsqu'on attendait (par contre très limitées). J'étais plus qu'heureuse de pouvoir m'asseoir quand l'une d'elles s'est enfin libérée car j'en suis à mon 3e trimestre de grossesse & la fatigue vient rapidement... Seul point négatif (& ce n'est pas nécessairement la faute du resto ni du staff car ils ont autre chose à gérer), est le monde entassé dans la petite entrée. Je comprends, il fait froid. Mais on est en tant de pandémie encore... mais même sans pandémie, c'est pas fort car c'est pas évident de sortir avec ce rassemblement devant la porte (encore moins avec une bedaine de 7 mois). Peut-être aviser les gens d'attendre à l'extérieur quand il y a trop de monde en dedans ou d'arriver à l'heure prévue de la collecte (ou 5 minutes avant) pour éviter ce genre de situation? J'ai moi-même attendu dehors avant d'entrer car je jugeais qu'il manquait d'espace (& il y avait seulement 3 personnes dans l'entrée). Quand je suis sortie, c'est plutôt une quinzaine de gens entassés qui s'y trouvait.
