Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Nous avons attendus quelques semaines avant de trouver deux places pour découvrir ce restaurant pour la première fois.
Exactement ce que l'on imaginait, on se croirait quelque-part dans une petite ville de l'ouest ... avec surtout la qualité & le talent dans l'assiette & le professionnalisme, la compétence & la gentillesse du personnel, tant en cuisine qu'en salle.
Bravo à toute l'équipe & à son créateur & longue vie à ce resto qui offre une différence à Québec.

Expérience agréable dans un environnement thématique Far West. J'ai été impressionné par l'odeur de bbq en entrant dans le restaurant. L'endroit est petit mais cela permet de renforcer l'ambiance chaleureuse des lieux. Les plats ont été développé & sont cuisinés avec passion. De plus, le Chef propriétaire est venu personnellement nous saluer.
