About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Its a shame that such a cool spot had such a poor service. We felt that drinks were imposed, no menu no price on the drinks you have to ask. We had different servers ask the same questions. Disappointed to say the least for a first visit. Food was okay, expected bigger portions for the price or at least better quality. The 3 pieces of Brisket were slightly dry. Ribs were good the rest mediocre. Note that waiting time from sit down was 1h30. Service: 3/10 Food: 7/10 Price: 3/10 Atmosphere: 8/10

Nourriture, ambiance, services aux tables, employés, tout le monde est serviable & sympathique. La Nourriture est digne de sa réputation, & heureusement, le services de sous-vide nous permet d'apportez un peu de ce bonheur à la maison. Merci à Vincent & son équipe pour ce que vous faite !

Troisième fois chez Biceps ! Nous avons pris le menu découverte. Repas exceptionnel encore une fois. Ambiance & service extraordinaire. Stationnement disponible de chaque côtés du resto. Réservez tôt surtout en période des fêtes !Végétarien d'abstenir !!!
