About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

C'est mon restaurant préféré & je ne pense pas qu'il se fasse détrôner un jour ! Succulent ! de la viande comme vous en avez jamais manger ! Ils en mettent du temps dans la préparation ! Le repas dégustation est ma recommandation !

Vraiment déçu des assiettes, j'ai pris les côte levées & elle était vraiment bonne mais la quantité oufff on repassera, j'ai dû arrêter au dépanneur me chercher de quoi a grignoter avant de retourner à mon hôtel...désolé

Just a plain old f'in amazing place! Excellent service, the meat melts in your mouth, & the ambience (although loud, it was a Saturday night) was the best I've experienced in a restaurant in years! Kudos to the team, chef & owner - they've created a gem here...

Ne juger pas par le contenant. Vraiment une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Nous avons pris le menu découverte. Tout, Vraiment tout était excellent. Notre fils a pris une poutine. Il a adoré. Les oreilles de criss sont des incontournables. Le service est sympathique & excellent. Nous avons dû attendre 3 mois avant notre visite qui en a valu la peine.
