Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Je donne 4/5 car j'adore votre resto. Ça fait environ 10 fois que nous choissisons votre établissement pour l'ambiance festive & la grande qualité de la nourriture. Par contre grosse déception pour nous qui avons choisit le 2ème service. Plus de brisket, plus de côte levée, plus d'assiette du patrimoine & selement 1 poulet... le choix des plats principaux etait trop limité.

Thumbs up pour le service rapide & courtois ainsi que pour l'ambiance chaleureuse & festive malgré les mesures prisent pour la covid.
La nourriture était exceptionnelle, seul petit bémol, nous avions très peu de choix (3 Choix parmi le menu principal) parce que notre réservation était plus tard & qu'il ne restait pas de plein de plat...

Super bon souper copieux.Bon service & une belle ambiance. Il serait bien d'ajouter des à cõté j'ai trouver les choix limités.. un side de légumes grillé sur bbq ou salade serait apprécié ou patate au four reguliere pour ceux qui n'aiment pas la patate douce ou le mascarpone. Merci

Nous avons suivi l'émission de cuisine de Vincent avec intérêt. Nous avons ensuite entendu parler de ce restaurant. Nous sommes vraiment satisfait de la nourriture délicieuse & savoureuse & que dire du service exceptionnel offert par David Au bar. Un bel endroit chaleureux, de la bonne bouffe & un bon service! C'était parfait!
