About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

La nourriture est tout simplement incroyablement délicieuse. Absolument tous les plats sont parfait ! & que dire du service !! Le service est exactement à la hauteur de la qualité exceptionnelle de la nourriture. L'équipe est vraiment efficace, attentionnée & agrémente à merveille l'expérience global du restaurant. The flavours are amazing. What a neat, hole in the wall BBQ shack outside the city. It was perfectly close to where we happened to be staying. I ordered three sides because I needed to get my veggies in. The duck falafel starter was delicious. The whole family loved everything we ordered. The service was friendly, joyful, & excellent.

Très belle expérience carnivore, en commençant par de belles explications par une jeune experte en service convaincue de son menu, le service banquet pour 10 personnes nous a plus & surpris sur la qualité des cuissons genre smokehouse, un hybride de nos cabanes à sucre & du southern buffet. Selon le guide canadien alimentaire, les protéines pour la semaine est sûrement atteint. Dessert? Ben oui, meilleur gâteau aux carottes de ma vie! Bravo belle formule, notre Martin Picard existe à Québec!
