Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Nous étions un groupe de 8 pour notre souper de Noël donc nous avions le menu "dégustation" avec la bouffe au centre de la table. C'était tout simplement débile! Tout le monde a apprécié. Good job!

J'ai mis 4 à l'ambiance qui était très bien, mais je pensais que ça "virait" plus en fin de soirée. C'est vraiment pas trop négatif comme point

Un souper vraiment bon & abordable selon la qualité du produit & les portions. Un peu bruyant, mais nous étions en plein dans des anniversaires & des party de job, alors c'est comprenable!!

Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir ce lieu. & nous nous sommes régalés! L'accueil était impeccable, la cuisine était excellente... De l'entrée au dessert, tout donne envie ! Je reviendrai pour goûter ce que je n'ai pas pu goûter !
