About

Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Bon! Comment dire. Ca faisait un moment que notre souper était prévu. Que dire de l'endroit. Un concept unique avec un menu tout simplement incroyable. Tout est bon. La qualité de ce qui nous est servie est sa coche & l'ambiance est agréable! Un endroit a revisiter assurément.

Un super endroit pour les fan de viande. Ambiance décontracté avec un super service. Le staff connaissaient parfaitement leur menu & donnaient d'excellentes recommandations. On sent qu'ils maîtrisent ce qu'ils font & ça rend l'expérience encore meilleure.

& la nourriture… wow 🤯! Tout était délicieux, parfaitement préparé & plein de saveurs. Clairement une place où je vais revenir sans hésiter. Je recommande à 100 %.

Endroit chaleureuse, la bouffe est excellente, le décors est rustique. Je recommande ce restaurant à tous ceux qui aime découvrir des perles rares. On se croirais au chalet d'un grand chum.

One of the best meals I've ever had. Incredible attentive & friendly service, every course was fantastic.

I didn't catch our bartenders name but he was wonderful.
