Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Great food! Great service! Music a little too loud & we didn't like the smell of the smoke on our cloths after diner. Smoking the meet should be done outside.

On est toujours très bien accueillis & très bien servis. Pour commencer on a essayé le carpaccio de boeuf au homard wow! Impeccable, un régal! Ensuite on a commandé le trio du patrimoine ainsi que le canard qui n'était pas sur le menu a notre dernière visite & nous avons adoré, la sauce qui l'accompagnait était délicieuse également. La patate & le mac n cheese etaient delicieux comme a l'habitude. On s'est laissé tenter par la crème brulée au cheesecake aux fraises pour finir. Le gout vraiment délicieux, les fraises, le crumble & la texture wow. Le sucre de la crème brûlée avait été trop brulé a un endroit c'est notre seule déception! On prévoit deja revenir debut 2024 on adore venir chez biceps c'est toujours une belle soirée! Merci ❤️
