Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Comme a chaque visite, depuis des années, c'est toujours parfait. De l'entrée au resto jusqu'à la sortie, on se sent accompagné. Il y a toujours un serveur-euse prêt-e a nous servir, nous désservir, répondre a nos besoins. L'ambiance feutrée, parfois festive, est toujours agréable. La déco vous en mettra plein la vue. Niveau nourriture, attachez votre tuque & détachez vos ceinture : c'est de la bombe !!!! Goûteux, savoureux, servi sans prétention, chaque plats est digne d'un 12/10. Un pur plaisir gourmand a chaque visite.

Un service plus qu'excellent. Serveurs(ses) très courtois, professionnels & amicaux. Côté nourriture, le serveur nous a suggéré le menu découverte pour 4 personnes & nous n'avons pas regretté notre décision. La nourriture est très bonne, très tendre & on en a pour notre argent.
