Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Un vrai bon resto bbq à Québec ! Service incomparable, les plats sont tous succulents! Le plus difficile est de choisir ce qu'on devra laisser de côté... Bravo à Vincent & toute son équipe, on se revoit bientôt !

Le service chez Biceps est une coche au-dessus des autres restos. Les serveurs & serveuses sont passionnés, ils ont goûté à la nourriture & peuvent recommander ce qu'ils préfèrent dans le menu. L'ambiance est également hors norme. C'est chaleureux, ça sent bon. On se sent bien au Biceps BBQ. & la cerise sur le sundae : la nourriture qui fond dans la bouche. Miamm! Merci pour cette belle expérience!!
