Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Bonjour, nous avons pris l'option gastronomique, on n'a trouvé qu'il manquais d'Accompagnement avec les viandes, de plus les côte & le steak tomahawk manquais de gouts & n'étais pas comme quand j'y avais été la première fois. Pour le dessert nous aurions aimé avoir nos assiettes au lieu de juste de cuillere pour piger dedans, sinoin ambiance & service génial, merci biceps

The best meat ever! We visited from Toronto & every time we come to Quebec City we always stop at Bicheps BBQ. You guys are the reason I will never be vegetarian! Thank you! & keep doing the great job. Amazing service too.

J'ai apprécié qu'on m'informe de la disponibilité de la table avant l'heure prévue. Pour ce qui est de l'ambiance, le décor est sympathique mais c'était très bruyant.
