Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values ​​that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Toute était vraiment super la bouffe l'accueil parce que s'était notre première visite on nous a bien expliqué le menu. Sa coche comme on dit & les bourbons limonade c'est mon drink de l'heure. Merci !

La bouffe est extraordinaire! Amateurs de viande & de bonne bouffe, on s'est régalé: tout ce qu'on a goûté était exceptionnel (poulet, côtes levées, saucisse maison, boeuf braisé, foie gras...). Mais on n'a pas eu de place pour le dessert...Dommages! On a pris un doggy bag pour nos restes ;) En 2023, pas de gaspillage (& en plus, c'est ben trop bon!!) ! Les cocktails maison sont savoureux & différents. L'ambiance est charmante, dynamique & décontractée. Le service était très sympathique, convivial, mais également très professionnel. Tout à fait en lien avec le resto. On se sent bienvenu, bien guidé. Nous avons pris du vin, on pensait que c'était pas la place pour ça, mais choix & service dignes du resto. Nous étions du premier service, à 2, on ne s'est pas sentis pressés. Bref, ça vaut le détour & le retour!

Un excellent restaurant qui se démarque de l'offre de restauration à Québec. Goûts francs, portions honnêtes, authenticité des plats sans fla-fla inutile. Que du bon avec un service décontracté & professionnel. Mention spéciale au tartare de saumon "coréen"

This was easily the best bbq I've ever had! Can't recommend the combo platter enough because the ribs & brisket are both better than any I've had in the US. The owner & all his staff were so nice!!!
