Located in the premises of a former pizzeria, the establishment is in fact a trailer that has undergone multiple expansions over time. Renovated with barn wood in the 70s, the building has now a bewitching decor reminiscent of a rustic cabin where you feel GOOD. It is in this context that chef Vincent Chatigny introduces you to his cuisine strongly inspired by the BBQ culture of the southern United States, showcasing local products prepared with respect and authenticity, in a meaningful heritage atmosphere.

Typically antique chairs, mismatched dishes, country music, original wine list, microbrewery beers and a large selection of North American whiskeys the 1000 lb Texan artisanal smoker using maple wood. The values that embody the soul of the restaurant: Tradition and wide open spaces, theater of the foundations of the America of our grandparents.

Repas excellent & service impeccable. Cependant, nous avions seulement 2 heures pour manger dû aux 3 services & même pour une table de 4 personne & un service rapide, ce délai est beaucoup trop court. Nous nous sommes fait proposer de prendre nos desserts déjà commandés "pour emporter". Disons que la reconnaissance pour leurs clients est à améliorer.

Un très gros WOW ! Oui la nourriture est excellente & elle est à faire rêver n'importe quel ''week-end chef'' du smoker mais le service est 5+ étoiles - un simple 5 étoiles ne seraient pas assez! Serveur à l'écoute avec de très bonnes suggestions. L'experience a été dosé PARFAITEMENT par William. Celui-ci est vraiment dans son élément & mérite largement son salaire & son pourboire! Même les autres membres de l'équipe s'en mêlent de temps en temps & ajoutent un petit quelque chose de positif autant pour les grands que pour les petits. Bravo aux chefs & à toute l'équipe! On a de quoi être fier d'avoir ce restaurant dans notre petit coin de pays. Elaine & Larry

Étant un amateur de BBQ & fumoir je n'ai pas été déçu du tout. Les enfants & ma conjointe ont aussi très appréciés l'ambiance, le service & la bouffe. Je vais y retourner c'est certain.
