I was in Quebec for a week for business & I think I will miss Chez Victor the most when I leave. I enjoyed it so much the first night, I had to come back again. Fantastic burger, delicious fries, & great selection of regional beers. Great inside atmosphere, & roomy patio for dining outside. Waitresses are so very helpful & friendly.

Très bonne nourriture & excellent service de la part de David! Je recommande le burger Martino si vous aimez les burgers au poulet. J'y retournerai quand je serai dans le coin!

Reviews said the burgers were good, so we tried it. The burger I had was very overcooked & dry. So much so I didn't even eat it, I took the patty out & just ate the bun & toppings. Even if it had been cooked properly, it was a disappointingly small patty, not worth the price. Fries were very under-salted. Ceasar salad was ok, not great. Overall, I'd skip it, the kitchen really dropped the ball. Service was nice though. (Though didn't offer anything for the inedible burger, paid full for it)

L'ambiance & le service était bien. Toutefois, la cuisson de mon hamburger n'était pas adéquate. La boulette était très rouge à l'intérieur.

Nous ne sommes pas du genre à faire de mauvais commentaires, par contre nous devons conclure que notre récente (& dernière) visite chez Victor n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Les points positifs: La nourriture était excellente & le personnel sur place disponible & sympathique.

Les points négatifs : le restaurant peu rempli, nous avons attendu une heure pour obtenir notre repas. De plus, nous avions un coupon « Antidote mobile » & celui-ci a été encaissé & non appliqué correctement sur notre facture. Nous avons donc payé plus cher que ce que nous aurions payé sans ce coupon.

Malheureusement, nous avons réalisé le tout suivant notre passage.

Le service était parfait du début à la fin, avec un personnel attentif & courtois. L'endroit est propre, calme & offre une belle ambiance, idéale pour un bon repas. Les burgers étaient succulents, bien cuisinés & pleins de saveur.
