Every Crepe that we had was amazing. Very authentic French Crepes. If you want to experience another dimension of crepe cuisine, this is your destination.
Make sure to ask for the drink pairing suggestions to go with your Crepes. We discovered a delightful cider/Cidre called Choiniere Potato Hill(Quebecois Cidre). It was super dry & was almost like an exquisite non sweet white wine. Our Eggs Benedict Savory Crepe was quite heavy however this Cidre complemented wonderfully, helping to digest the Hollandaise sauce goodness.
Caramel on apple Crepe was like superv Creme Brulee.
Most of all, Quebecois Service staffs at Le Billig are the best. They were so kind, so fun, very attentive & they knew their stuffs. Wish we could have had more of their beer, food anything they could offer, had our stomach have more room.
Kudos to them.

We were visiting from out of town. Extremely friendly staff & delicious crepes. Pick from the specialties menu. Ask if they can pair ciders for you.

This place is great. The crepes for dinner were spectacular, the dessert crepes were as well. The selection of ciders was good. Prices are very reasonable, the ambience was great as well. While we were there the Habs were losing, but they came back & won. All in all a brilliant evening.

The best crepes I've ever had in North America. The duck crepe was just an amazing concoction of flavors, it's like wonderful flavors partying in my tongue. Honestly could not go wrong coming here. i paired it with a dry cider & it came together perfectly. I would come back here again if ever i'm in Quebec

Great spot for crepes & ciders - a little bit of northern France in Quebec! The place is also stylish & quirky, the menu is extensive & there are some fun drinks to choose from. Was a nice break from the more touristy areas in the old city.

This was seriously my fave lil place we went to in Quebec Citè. After a relaxing day at Le Strom Spa on a beautiful snowy day, we strolled into Le Billig. I was so impressed that we were served the extent of food that we did. We dined on this absolutely insane giant cheese & charcuterie board loaded also with croquettes & salmon. It was served on a massive rustic wooden board alongside some delicious looking homemade bread. I also cannot pass up food gras pate so I needed to order that as well. I told them I would skip the bread bc of my gluten allergy. They went above & beyond & made these unreal gluten free buckwheat crêpes to go along with the fois gras pate for me instead of bread. The creaminess & saltiness of the fois gras with the homemade crepes & jam was to die for. The food was amazing. Le Billig also has a very impressive wine & beer & cider menu. I cannot resist a curated chalkboard menu! This cozy eatery was just the damn bomb & the perfect place for a beautiful lunch while watching the snow.

This is a great crepe place. It was recommended to us by a local & we have gone every time we have visited Quebec City. Our server did a great job of recommending a local cider we would enjoy based on the crepes we ordered.

Le Billig was a pleasant surprise of a find when we were in Quebec City. Sure, they offer all the crowd pleasing crepe menu items but it is their house special crepes that really shine. I ordered the'La Bearn' crepe (forgive my incorrect French). The buckwheat crepe was cooked to perfection--slightly crispy on the outside & chewy on the inside. Wrapped inside the crepe, the ingredients had their jam session. The mild & stringy goat cheese contrasted with the fresh crispy baby spinach. The duck confit & the onion confit created a savory & sweet combination. It was a delight. My husband ordered the'La Galette Saucisse'. The homemade sausage was delicious & the sauce added another layer of complex flavor. We asked the waiter to suggest a cider. He suggested his favorite, which was a very aromatic & flavorful cider, & not even among the more expensive items on their beverage list. Aside from good food & drinks, Le Billig has good people, who care about quality & taking care of customers. It is a down home causal place where we can relax & enjoy a meal, no need to worry about breaking a bank or dressing up. If we had discovered it earlier in our trip, we will go back again & again to try their different dishes. I guess it is one of the reasons to visit Quebec City again.
