The restaurant was absolutely packed, but the server was so attentive. He took my name & let me know it would be a 30-minute wait for a table of 5. At first, when he said'If I put your name down, you have to come back,' I thought he was being a bit blunt, but I decided to give it a shot since I really wanted to try this place.
To my surprise, 30 minutes later, he not only had our table ready but actually remembered my name! I was so impressed. On top of the great service, the food quality was amazing. He recommended two desserts, & they were both phenomenal. Highly recommend this place, & I will definitely be back next time I'm in Quebec!
DELICIOUS! Came for lunch with my family. I had a delicious vegetable crepe with pesto tomato sauce. Amazing coffee & tea as well & you can't skip the dessert crepes. All plates were cleaned! Must visit - best crepes I've ever had
Amazing experience at Le Billig. My wife & I are both gluten free, She had the La Lutèce - Cheddar, proscuitto, champignons, coeurs d'artichauts, tomates, ciboulette, laitue panachée, vinaigrette balsamique - Cheddar cheese, prosciutto, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, chives, lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette. I had the La Pontivienne - Cheddar, lardons, oignons, champignons sautés, vin blanc, crème fraîche - Cheese, crumbled bacon, onions, sautéed mushrooms, white wine, crème fraîche. For dessert we had the La Tatin & La Lemon curd. AMAZING! Both were excellent, but the lemon was out of this world. We went back for dessert a 2nd time!

My partner & I came to quebec city off season for a few days & we LOVED Le Billig - I think the waiters really made it a special place, they were all engaging & welcoming. We went twice (dinner & lunch the following day because we liked it so much) & the crepes were delicious (would recommend the specialities - the classics were not as good). The Tartin & lemon curd dessert crepes were my favorite, since I have a huge sweet tooth, but the savory ones were excellent with the buckwheat crepes too!
Delicious! Cozy environment with excellent food & beverage menu. The cassoulet & the boeuf a l'origan were so satisfying.
Didn't get to try dessert this time.
Amazing dinner! Cheese board to start, blood sausage crepe & dessert crepes. Everything was wonderful & if you like apple pie, the le tatin dessert crepe will blow your mind. Service was great!
