Pancakes or crepes, savory or sweet, these are accompanied by salads or fruits for the pleasure of the palate and the eyes. There are classics like Crêpe Suzette or the Plain version, and there are specialties that offer you a wide variety of delicious products. L'espace d'un instant, j'ai cru me retrouver dans ma Bretagne. Crêpes succulents, aussi bien salées que sucrées, grand choix de cidre, service impeccable & plein de bons conseils.

Every Crepe that we had was amazing. Very authentic French Crepes. If you want to experience another dimension of crepe cuisine, this is your destination.
Make sure to ask for the drink pairing suggestions to go with your Crepes. We discovered a delightful cider/Cidre called Choiniere Potato Hill(Quebecois Cidre). It was super dry & was almost like an exquisite non sweet white wine. Our Eggs Benedict Savory Crepe was quite heavy however this Cidre complemented wonderfully, helping to digest the Hollandaise sauce goodness.
Caramel on apple Crepe was like superv Creme Brulee.
Most of all, Quebecois Service staffs at Le Billig are the best. They were so kind, so fun, very attentive & they knew their stuffs. Wish we could have had more of their beer, food anything they could offer, had our stomach have more room.

Endroit sympathique, ambiance musicale agréable, pas trop forte.
Service du soir un peu tendu à cause d'une affluence importante toute la journée...
Galettes sarrasin très copieuses (1 complète champignon & 1 oeufs Bénédicte épinards)
Plus épaisses qu'en Bretagne & moins salées. Mais très bonnes.
Crêpe beurre au sucre d'érable pour le dessert, un peu sèche (manque de beurre) & sucre en flocon & pas en poudre.
Cidre local du style cidre fermier breton, extra brut, donc sec sec, nous nous aimons ainsi.
Carte des cidres variée mais tarifs assez'dispendieux' compter 37 à 43$ ht la bouteille.

Une crêperie en plein Québec. Service très sympa & bienveillant. On retrouve pas forcément la saveur bretonne mais les galettes sont pas mal (le sarrasin manque de goût & les galettes sont trop épaisses) & surtout très très copieuses.
Belle carte de cidres locaux.

Nous (trois femmes) étions pressées car nous avions des billets au grand théâtre. Notre serveur nous a offert d'excellents conseils & un service très efficace. Les crêpes & le cidre étaient excellents.

Très bonne crêperie Bretonne, ne pas hésiter à accompagner la crêpe avec un bon cidre local d'autant plus que la choix est vaste. Mieux vaut réserver pour être sûr d'y avoir une place car lieu assez réputé 😉

Très bonne crêperie. Les galettes sont bonnes & généreuses. Les goûts sont francs. On a testé le cidre québécois (on préfère Le Breton mais bon...). Les prix pourraient être un peu plus légers mais cela reste raisonnable. Excellente adresse allez y les yeux fermés on est presque en Bretagne
