Absolutely delicious crepes. It was busy but I put my name down on the waitlist & got a call within 30 minutes. The crepes were so good, both the savoury & sweet. The hot chocolate was not the best, but you can't win them all. Definitely come here for the crepes!

Duck confit crepes/galettes & the sweet crepes were all delicious. Excellent cider recommendations from very kind & friendly staff. The ambience is lovely as well. Definitely a must-try if you are in Quebec, even if you are not staying in this particular neighborhood!

We decided to stop by twice in one weekend to eat at Le Billing. It's a cute little restaurant with some amazing food! Both the savoury & sweet crepes were delicious & our servers were really friendly. Can't wait to visit Le Billig again on our next trip to Quebec City.

Le Billig is really worth of a visit. I had vegetarian crepes dish, loaded with tasty mushrooms & was quite happy with it, even if am not a vegetarian.
Everyone in our group had a really good meal, but I was really preferring my dish comparing to all others which did surprise me.
Make sure to make a reservation in this place or to go at odd times in order to get a table. It is really popular.

J'ai commandé une crêpe La Fraiche qui était bonne. Malheureusement, le restaurant est très bruyant. On m'a également installé au bar alors que des tables étaient libres, juste avant de mettre un lave-vaiselle en route.

Les crêpes étaient bonnes.
Mais 88$ pour 2 crêpes & 2 boissons, c'est trop. Pas pris de dessert car 8$ +txs + tips sur une beurre sucre, c'est un peu exagéré.
Le serveur nous a même interpellé alors que nous étions sortis pour nous demander si nous étions touristes & nous suggérer un bar jazz. Ça partait d'une bonne intention mais ce n'est pas parce que nous avons l'accent français que nous somme forcément des touristes. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Went for birthday breakfast & it has become a surprise contender for best food of the trip. The coffee & savory crepes were out of this world & the fresh fruit sweet crepe (using fruit from Orleans island, of course) was too good for words.
