An incredible place. Absolute gem! Fantastic ciders, wonderful buckwheat galettes, & tasty home-made apple sorbet (with a generous pour of Calvados!) made us feel like true Bretons! Excellent service too & lovely atmosphère.

Great service, amazing atmosphere in a old-school style french pub setting. The cider & wine selection is fantastic & the savory crepes were incredible ! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel like a little piece of Brittany :)

I live near here & this is probably my favourite place to go for a couple of ciders & a delicious, filling & traditional meal. Brunch is also excellent. Family friendly. I always bring visitors here. On top of that, they close off the bar part so you can watch the game with good beer & food without disturbing those wanting to dine in the restaurant. It's where I chose to watch the Superbowl & hockey playoffs.

I've not been to the Brittany region of France but le Billing makes me want to take my next trip there. Creperie with delicious dishes where almost everything is made in house, even the cider which was also excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable. I'd eat here again, without any doubt.

Wandered in off the street & so pleasantly surprised!! Very upbeat vibe & oozes atmosphere. Cheerful service & patient with my so so French. The soup of the day was excellent, cider on tap was very crisp, & they have the best gluten free crepes I have had in Quebec City (better than other famous places for 3x the price.) I keep coming back again & again.

My wife & I both had a wonderful meal here. A couple of great ciders, great specialty crepes as entrée, & we split a lemon curd crepe for dessert. Wonderful!

A deserving 5-star establishment! The Crêpes are to create memories & crave for long after your vacation is over. We went for everything we could. For savories we had the duck confit, the prosciutto, & the black pudding sausage. For dessert we went with the orange / grand marnier, the hazelnut crème, & the lemon crème. Every one of them hit the spot. So did their special ciders. Don't miss stopping by here when in Quebec City!

Fabulous buckwheat crepes with very creative dressing; great choice of ciders from sweet to brut. Green apple sorbet with Calvados (a lot of it!) is worth coming there! Great service too!!!

We had already eaten, so we only stopped by for a dessert crêpe. We got the lemon curd one, & it was super good. If you don't like loud environments, I wouldn't recommend going during a sports match because it was very much a sports bar, which I didn't entirely realize when we went. But outside of that & the fact that there wasn't much for us picky drinkers to drink, this place was great. I would have liked a sweet cider option, but it isn't common in this area, so I can't really dock this place for not having one...
