Meilleur choix pour un dîner. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Décor authentique, service exceptionnel. Possibilité de goûter les bières en fût avant de choisir. Nous avons commandé une crêpe au boudin noir maison, heureux mariage de saveurs & une crêpe au saumon mi-cuit à l'aneth tout aussi délicieuse. Ce sera notre premier choix lors de notre prochaine visite à Québec. Nous y sommes retournés en soirée & la magie & le service n'y étaient pas.

Keep going back to the Billig whenever we are craving for a crêpe. This time, it was even better, tastier. Ajout en novembre: retour du cassoulet. Nouvelle recette & présentation, encore meilleur qu'avant. Janvier 2025: le cassoulet est revenu comme avant. Dommage.

Very relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, & a nice break from the packed tourist spots in Old Quebec. French onion soup, crepe with confit of duck & goat cheese, & cassoulet.

Go for: You literally won't be able to finish these crepes. Avoid if: You're not famished. Something surprising: The place is really cozy - & extremely busy - most days of the week. Reservation needed? Yes, plan at least a day in advance. Overall Experience: 4/5. Delicious stuffed crepes with truly Quebecois variations. Will be back every time we're in QC. Excellent, friendly, & welcoming service from the entire staff. Try sitting at the bar if you're getting boozy drinks with your brunch. I once found a place in Paris that offered scallop crepes-a rarity even there. So, when I saw scallop crepes on the menu at this restaurant, we had to try it! It became our first meal upon arrival. It was so good that we had to go back for it. Of course, I ordered the scallop crepes-they were fresh & perfectly made! The homemade sauce was incredible. My partner had eggs benedict crepes with DUCK CONFIT, which I couldn't stop eating from his plate! If I hadn't already eaten duck confit three days in a row, I would have ordered it for myself on our second visit. My kids had La Complète with sunny-side-up eggs & bacon, their go-to order, & it was so delicious that I decided to have it the second time as well. Although the restaurant specializes in crepes, everything else-including dessert-is made with care & love. I didn't have high expectations when I ordered their hot chocolate, but I was so wrong! Their hot dark chocolate was incredible, even better than some of the hot chocolate I've had in Paris. I had rsvp both times & thanks God we did! They stopped taking walk in for dinner after 6 PM, & did not take any walk in during the morning. This is standard practice in Quebec & it wasn't an exception here. The service was great & super friendly! During their busiest time, the waiter didn't my practicing French with me & my French equals to a toddler.

Great service, amazing atmosphere in a old-school style french pub setting. The cider & wine selection is fantastic & the savory crepes were incredible ! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel like a little piece of Brittany :)

D'excellentes crêpes bretonnes en plein coeur de la ville de Québec, qui l'eu crû (& pourtant elles étaient bien cuites) !?!? & un service plus que sympathique par un français ravi de s'être installé au Québec, qui nous a expliqué tous les avantages de la vie locale, avec le sourire & de l'humour, nous reviendrons (lors d'un prochain voyage à Québec, ce qui ne manquera pas d'arriver) !
