Wonderful food with responsive staff. French onion soup to die for. Also had the duck confit & scallops crepes. All wonderful but no room for a sweet dessert crepe. Next we'll start with dessert 🍨

We came here 2 days in a row while in Quebec City. Alexander was our waiter both days & was excellent with recommendations & attentiveness despite them being very busy. We really enjoyed the duck with goat cheese, spinach & caramelized onion crepe as well as the hazelnut & chocolate dessert crepe. Highly recommend if you love crepes!
We really enjoyed the salad & savoury crepes. We were surprised they brought the dessert with the main meal together. When we totals them that we would like to have the fest after the meal, they graciously took it back & served it later.
Great spot! As soon as we entered, we were provided a warm greeting & immediately seated. The gentleman who waited on us, also had a great sense of humor. Le Billig is outside of the tourist area, which in my opinion is a good thing. This place is worth the extra walk…which isn't far from Old Quebec. I ordered a savory crepe, & my wife had a salad. She was amazed that the boiled egg was still warm. Yeah, their attention to detail is that good. We split a dessert crepe, with homemade ice cream & fresh whipped cream. EVERYTHING is made to order. Hats off to the chef, gentleman with a great sense of humor, & bartender from France. I might have gained some extra pounds, but at least I didn't need to be carried out in a wheelbarrow (brouette). We will definitely be back!
We visited on a Tuesday night @ 6:30 with no reservations. The place was humming. One of the two servers quickly welcomed us & cleaned the only empty table for us promptly. Our server introduced us to the broad array of ciders informing us that Quebec is a major producer & that all of their selection was local… some 24 choices.
We tried the Crepes Duck Confite & another with sausage, goat cheese, harrisa, roasted veg., on buckwheat crepes. Truly an amazing meal. I confess to previously only eating dessert crepes so this was a real delight.
The food, service, & overall vibe makes this place a treat to visit.
We totally went there for dessert crepes after dinner, & wow, were we very happy! The place was packed, but the staff were amazing & got us a table super quick. The food was delicious - seriously, the best crepes we've ever had. Loved it!
