There are classics like Crêpe Suzette or the Plain version, and there are specialties that offer you a wide variety of delicious products. Come try "La Cancalaise," filled with leek fondue, scallops, and hollandaise sauce. A wide selection of vegetarian savory crepes is available. I have tasted the best crapes of my life at this place. They make their crapes with buckwheat which makes it so different than other crapes. So thin & crispy. They have so many different varieties of breakfast crapes. Highly recommend to come here & give it a try.

The crepes were good! Unfortunately the experience was lacking. First our salad was forgotten. Then also our dessert crepe. We got the salad in a small bowl for free. Didn't look like the full salad intended with the meal. He apologized but then also forgot our dessert crepe; which is funny because he recommended it. He then gave us another free beer. We appreciated the freebies but unfortunately by then the experience was somewhat ruined. The server was quite busy & he did mention that there was only one cook tonight.

The gentleman who served me was incredibly helpful. He helped me find the right dish, navigating my many dietary restrictions. He was very friendly & had no problem helping me out! All of their savory crepes are gluten-free, made with buckwheat. They also have all the milk alternatives for their coffees/drinks! Highly recommend for those with gluten sensitivity or allergy, dairy intolerance, & who are also vegetarian. Also, if I could, I would give the food 6 stars!

Best crepes in Québec city. We love to try crepes when we travel all over & these are by far the best we've ever eaten! 11/10 would recommend! Well worth the short walk off the main city center.

First night in QC to celebrate my 80th b'day we went to Le Billig. Martin was our server & make our experience very memorable. Food & service were both outstanding & we highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the crepes here! We were on vacation in Quebec City for a few days & actually came here a few times to try some of their different crepes. I would definitely recommend trying some savoury ones like their fig crepe or their "la noisette" sweet one where the ice cream on the side is made from scratch!

Eggs benedict crepe with sausage (chorizo) was great. Friendly service from the waitress. Best breakfast I had while in Quebec City. Would recommend for sure.

The best crepes we have ever had. The crispy, savoury crepes with duck confit , ham & cheese with mushrooms & the delicate dessert crepe with apples were incredibly delicious.Highly recommended. We finished the food in record time.
