The savory crepes taste burnt.
The crepe itself was dry.

The service was the worst we have had in old quebec. Did not check in on us once & waited a long time to ask for the bill & water.

We have been here before 7 years ago & the service was wonderful & the crepes were done differently which was why we returned.

Visited in mid day with my wife. She had a savory crepe (ham & egg with vegetables) while I had a sweet poutine, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream, & a pear. Both were delicious.

Service was amazing too. They were very polite, & though we did not speak French (our fault) they were still polite & receptive in English.

I had a gluten free buckwheat savory crepe, & it was delicious! BF had a specialty pork dish, & said it was amazing. The service was fantastic. Absolutely 💯 recommend this place.

You just know from the moment you enter Le Billig that you are in for an incredible experience. From start to finish, we were treated so warmly by our server, Claude, who offered us more than just menu info. He talked about the city & made us feel at home. We melted away in a warm, cozy, immaculately clean setting - then came the food. We shared the cheese & prosciutto (La Lutece - image is the crepe thoughtfully split into two plates for sharing - we didn't even ask!) light & packed with flavours & then the apple caramel (La Talin) crepes both with buckwheat flour. The buckwheat crepe itself was so delicious- I didn't know buckwheat could taste so good. From the gently cooked tomatoes on the savory crepe to the homemade caramel & ice cream on our sweet crepe, we were so impressed. We will make a return tomorrow without a doubt. Thank you Claude & Le Billig!

We had the buckwheat crepes with duck, goat cheese, & caramelized onions, & they were outstanding. The crepe itself was perfectly crispy on the edges while maintaining a delicate, slightly chewy center that complemented the rich & savory filling. The tender duck, creamy goat cheese, & sweet caramelized onions created a beautifully balanced bite, with the earthy buckwheat adding depth to every mouthful. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a well-executed savory crepe!

Great service, amazing atmosphere in a old-school style french pub setting. The cider & wine selection is fantastic & the savory crepes were incredible ! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel like a little piece of Brittany :)

Great breakfast place. I have never tried savory crepes before, & this changed my mind. I ordered the duck crepe, & it was so delicious! Great service & friendly staff. Highly recommended!
