Very good experience here at Billig! This was my second time visiting this specific restaurant here in Quebec city & again they don't fail to impress. We ordered the ice cream/apple crepe & it was exceptional. The flavors were rich & the sweetness kept to a minimal. Also we ordered crepes for breakfast, however we werent as impressed as we were with the dessert. Customer service here is top notch as everyone was polite & kind to us, they also really helped with understanding the menu & different options that are available. One area of improvement would be to increase serving sizes, however I highly recommend coming to this place to check it out.

Upon a dreary eve in Quebec City quaint,

With duck confit, my choice, a dish of savory delight,
My wife, the salmon, her taste buds took flight.
My daughter, a sweet tooth, dessert crepe she did crave,
In Le Billig's embrace, we found culinary solace to save.

Delicious & amazing, the feast did unfold,
A symphony of flavors, in each bite, stories untold.
This, the best of years, my senses did declare,
In Boston's barren dining scene, a contrast quite rare.
For there, gastronomic desolation did reign,
Yet in Quebec City, culinary treasures did reign.

From the moment I arrived, my senses were beguiled,
The food, a revelation, my taste buds reconciled.
In this charming establishment, Le Billig by name,
A haven for gourmands, seeking culinary acclaim.
The staff, a gracious host, their warmth did shine,
In this bustling ambiance, where pleasures intertwine.

A place where I would frequent, were it near my door,
A weekly pilgrimage, my gastronomic core.
My daughter, she echoed, her sentiments profound,
A desire to dwell here, in Quebec's food-rich ground.

Amazing amazing crepes!! Had a savory for our main & shared a sweet for dessert. The place is a real "hole-in-the-wall", don't judge the book by its cover!! Had the BEST waiter. He was so patient & he tried to teach us a bit of French!! I do not have a bad thing to say about this place!!!

Great crepe restaurant & bar! The duck crepe was amazing; it had good duck flavor that was balanced well with a sweet caramelized onion. The best part was the service; the owner greeted the guests as he opened the door with a huge smile, & the other servers were also very friendly & patient with the variety of customers.

The savory & sweet crepes were done amazingly well. I loved the duck confit & la belle crepes, as well as the maple syrup dessert crepe. Some of the best crepes I've had since visiting Paris. Such a great find!

Our food was fantastic! The cider choice was impressive & we each enjoyed our choices. All our crepes were delicious, sweet & savoury! The service was great, even sending me home with a small birthday bottle of housemade caramel sauce! sooooo good!

The best crepes in the city. A great assortment of both sweet & savory. Get both & split! The staff are wonderful & the atmosphere feels very much like a neighborhood restaurant. Make a reservation so you aren't disappointed.

The variety, shape & texture of the crepes were pleasing. A large array of sweet & savoury choices. We inadvertently dined on a more savoury & sweet crepe which was ideal for there was no room for dessert. Quiet, more rustic decor for a satisfying meal.

Solid brunch place if you like sweet &/or savory crepes. Not amazing, but perfectly passable. Tip: don't be afraid to get a sunny side up egg if you order one of the savory crepes that does not include it -- unless your crepe mentions a sauce, it may be a bit dry absent some yolk. All in all, our family of four (with a teen & an 8 year old) was satisfied, if not overly impressed.
