This was seriously my fave lil place we went to in Quebec Citè. After a relaxing day at Le Strom Spa on a beautiful snowy day, we strolled into Le Billig. I was so impressed that we were served the extent of food that we did. We dined on this absolutely insane giant cheese & charcuterie board loaded also with croquettes & salmon. It was served on a massive rustic wooden board alongside some delicious looking homemade bread. I also cannot pass up food gras pate so I needed to order that as well. I told them I would skip the bread bc of my gluten allergy. They went above & beyond & made these unreal gluten free buckwheat crêpes to go along with the fois gras pate for me instead of bread. The creaminess & saltiness of the fois gras with the homemade crepes & jam was to die for. The food was amazing. Le Billig also has a very impressive wine & beer & cider menu. I cannot resist a curated chalkboard menu! This cozy eatery was just the damn bomb & the perfect place for a beautiful lunch while watching the snow.

This place is impressive. Could easily pass by but inside it's a fun & unique pub style resto. Crepes are amazing & very tasty. Lots of variety. Our server was very responsive & accommodating on English & French. One is a breakfast crepe & the other is duck, cream, spinach & onion confit Interesting & super good!

There are so many options on the menu, there's something for everyone! The service was fantastic, all the staff were lovely & the food was delicious. Highly recommend if you're in Quebec city! I would suggest making a reservation if you want to eat here.

Thank god for this place! We have been having terrible luck with good food in Quebec City, our luck finally turned around thanks to Le Billig. Every single thing, even the homemade maple syrup ice tea (not pictured), was off the charts. On top of it all, not only the atmosphere was cute but our server was so sweet & kind. 10/10, everyone must go!!

We walked in around 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday & were seated right away. The crepes were good, & I ordered the duck confit eggs Benedict, which were excellent. The poached eggs were slightly overcooked at first, but I honestly wouldn't have minded if the server hadn't noticed & brought out perfectly poached eggs on the house. It was a really thoughtful gesture, & I truly appreciated the extra care.
I highly recommend Le Billig, & would bring my friends & family if we visit Quebec again

Amazing dinner! Cheese board to start, blood sausage crepe & dessert crepes. Everything was wonderful & if you like apple pie, the le tatin dessert crepe will blow your mind. Service was great!

Tried La bearne & la Provence, they were ok, both felt like they were a little underwhelming. La bearne was a little dry & needed some acidity/salt. la Provence would have been nice with a bit more pesto. Service was great, cappuccinos were good. If I lived nearby, I'd probably try more menu items as some of the plates coming out smelled amazing but these ones missed the mark. Atmosphere was perfect on a snowy afternoon
