Pancakes or crepes, savory or sweet, these are accompanied by salads or fruits for the pleasure of the palate and the eyes. There are classics like Crêpe Suzette or the Plain version, and there are specialties that offer you a wide variety of delicious products. A 5 star kind of place. The service was thoughtful & thorough. I learned a lot & ate a lot. I'm not usually a fan of hot coco but the way this one tasted feels like I'd been missing out. I never had crepes made this way too, such a special discovery!

This was a rich experience, I recommend :)

Merci pour ce repas aussi délicieux! Les saveurs de la savoyard mon rendu nostalgique de la France/Bretagne. Le service était aussi excellent & très professionnel. Je recommande sans hésiter, en plus d'être un des seul restaurant à offrir des crêpes bretonnes de cette qualité entre montréal & québec.

Every Crepe that we had was amazing. Very authentic French Crepes. If you want to experience another dimension of crepe cuisine, this is your destination.
Make sure to ask for the drink pairing suggestions to go with your Crepes. We discovered a delightful cider/Cidre called Choiniere Potato Hill(Quebecois Cidre). It was super dry & was almost like an exquisite non sweet white wine. Our Eggs Benedict Savory Crepe was quite heavy however this Cidre complemented wonderfully, helping to digest the Hollandaise sauce goodness.
Caramel on apple Crepe was like superv Creme Brulee.
Most of all, Quebecois Service staffs at Le Billig are the best. They were so kind, so fun, very attentive & they knew their stuffs. Wish we could have had more of their beer, food anything they could offer, had our stomach have more room.
Kudos to them.

C'est ma deuxième visite au Billig, mais j'y étais allée il y a longtemps. Je recommande très fortement ce restaurant : les crêpes sont délicieuses, préparées avec grand soin avec des ingrédients de qualité. Les service est excellent, même quand la salle est pleine ! L'ambiance est également chaleureuse. Juste parfait 😌

Great breakfast & lunch, delicious crepes. Billig refers to the traditional Breton crepe maker. It also means'not expensive' in German. We loved it.
