During our trip to Quebec City we had lunch at this restaurant twice. They have the best crepe I've ever had! The place is simple but cozy & the service is friendly. If you go on the weekends, making a reservation is definitely the best option.

A lot of places in Quebec City seem to be understaffed, & this place is included. However, the waitress was efficient & friendly, bringing our bill as we asked for it since she noticed my partner was finishing my food. The food itself was a nice change of pace from our previous bad experiences from other places. The only food note I can say is that the benedictine sauce was a bit too salty, but other than that, the portions are generous.

I've not been to the Brittany region of France but le Billing makes me want to take my next trip there. Creperie with delicious dishes where almost everything is made in house, even the cider which was also excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable. I'd eat here again, without any doubt.

Wandered in off the street & so pleasantly surprised!! Very upbeat vibe & oozes atmosphere. Cheerful service & patient with my so so French. The soup of the day was excellent, cider on tap was very crisp, & they have the best gluten free crepes I have had in Quebec City (better than other famous places for 3x the price.) I keep coming back again & again.
