This place is creperie + cidrerie. The vibe is pub like. The crepes are the absolute best in QC. We tried a lot of places & this one has authentic, delicious, thin crepes. If we had found this place sooner we would have gone multiple times during our trip. It was that good!

What a comfortable yet stylist setting for a restaurant. The crepes were delicious, they were friendly to us & our kids & the service was good. The waiter didn't mind speaking to me in English as my French is very limited. My savory crepe with duck confit was excellent! I would happily go back with my kids!

Mixed Experience: Exceptional Food, Limited Offerings While my dining experience at Le Billig had its highs & lows, I feel a balanced review is necessary. Firstly, the food quality was exceptional, undoubtedly a highlight of the visit. However, the limited availability of basic condiments like ketchup & hot sauce, even with dishes like eggs, was disappointing. Furthermore, while the customer service was courteous, the wait times for both ordering drinks & food were excessively long. We even ordered a soup as an appetizer, but it was never brought out. Additionally, I neglected to check the receipt thoroughly, hoping that the charge for the unfulfilled order was simply an oversight. Overall, the exceptional food was marred by the lack of basic condiments, slow service, & missed orders. With improvements in these areas, Le Billig could truly excel.
