Franchement c'est le top des crêperies francaises (les autres sur quebec oubliez les c'est immangeable). La on est sur des produits frais, des crêpes qui ont du goût & dont les assemblages sont parfaits. Les pâtes sont excellentes & même en France j'en ai rarement mangé d'aussi bonnes. & les desserts sont une tueries ! Essayez la noisette ! Canon !... & le cidre wouaaaa (un peu plus dans les verres ce serait top)

Delicious & amazing, the feast did unfold,

In Boston's barren dining scene, a contrast quite rare.
For there, gastronomic desolation did reign,
Yet in Quebec City, culinary treasures did reign.

From the moment I arrived, my senses were beguiled,
The food, a revelation, my taste buds reconciled.
In this charming establishment, Le Billig by name,
A haven for gourmands, seeking culinary acclaim.
The staff, a gracious host, their warmth did shine,
In this bustling ambiance, where pleasures intertwine.

A place where I would frequent, were it near my door,
A weekly pilgrimage, my gastronomic core.
My daughter, she echoed, her sentiments profound,
A desire to dwell here, in Quebec's food-rich ground.
For this experience, a heartfelt thanks I bestow,
In the shadowy alleys of Quebec, Le Billig's glow.

For your culinary delights set my spirit free.
In your embrace, Quebec City, we did find,
A culinary haven, for both heart & mind.

Le service & la nourriture étaient excellent. Mon seul commentaire négatif est au niveau du cidre qui est vendu au verre...à vin ! J'ai cosommé du cidre dans plusieurs restaurents & à ce prix c'est l'équivalent des verres où même des pintes de bière.

Your sarasin crepes are 5star - as good as I've had in France. We had a wonderful lunch in a neighborhood we might not have gotten to see if we weren't buckwheat lovers. Merci!

Notre GROS coup de coeur de notre weekend à Québec! Notre serveur était génial & très professionnel. Il nous a présenté de façon très agréable le menu & les possibilités de ce magnifique endroit. La nourriture était plus qu'excellente. Nous le recommandons à tous, c'est à découvrir encore & encore & encore...... à bientôt !

Réservation à 19h, nous avons trouvé ça quand même long pour passer la commande & recevoir notre premier plat (45 minutes). Mais crêpes bonnes & nous reviendrons.
