Galettes ou crêpes, salées ou sucrées, celles-ci sont accompagnées de salades ou de fruits pour le plaisir de la bouche et des yeux. Il y a les classiques comme la crêpe Suzette ou la Nature et il y a les spécialités qui vous offrent une très grande variété de produits délicieux. Venez essayer «La Cancalaise», garnie de fondue de poireaux, de pétoncles et de sauce hollandaise. This was our second time here, & we'll definitely keep coming back when we're in Québec City! They have a great selection of crêpes, though I'm personally preferential to the savoury ones. They may look flat, but with the richness (plus the toppings that some come with) I feel like it's a good amount of food. The staff are very friendly, but sometimes the service can be a little slow. Love the food though, & highly recommend!

Very good experience here at Billig! This was my second time visiting this specific restaurant here in Quebec city & again they don't fail to impress. We ordered the ice cream/apple crepe & it was exceptional. The flavors were rich & the sweetness kept to a minimal. Also we ordered crepes for breakfast, however we werent as impressed as we were with the dessert. Customer service here is top notch as everyone was polite & kind to us, they also really helped with understanding the menu & different options that are available. One area of improvement would be to increase serving sizes, however I highly recommend coming to this place to check it out.

Wonderful, warming dinner on a blustery snowy night! The whole family left happily full - crepes were filling & delicious. Our server - despite being the only one that evening! - was attentive & delightful. Couldn't recommend more highly!

This was one of the most pleasant surprises of our whole trip to the city! Absolutely delicious & gluten free crepes, with so many options to choose from hearty & light, with most complements made in house. Even the sausage! A cozy & quirky environment & fantastic service. Not just for breakfast either. I can't recommend highly enough!! Go!
