My partner & I came to quebec city off season for a few days & we LOVED Le Billig - I think the waiters really made it a special place, they were all engaging & welcoming. We went twice (dinner & lunch the following day because we liked it so much) & the crepes were delicious (would recommend the specialities - the classics were not as good). The Tartin & lemon curd dessert crepes were my favorite, since I have a huge sweet tooth, but the savory ones were excellent with the buckwheat crepes too!
10/10! Absolutely amazing food & service! Our servers were the sweetest, they gave amazing recommendations & made the experience so awesome! We went twice in the same day, it was THAT good! Will definitely be back when we are in the area again!
Portions are generous, recommended to share & order multiple dishes. The La Béam was to die for, perfect blend of savory & sweet. Other highlights include the Onion Soup & the Homemade Nutella with Homemade Nutella Ice cream crepe

Service: Excellent, the waiter explained to us what's inside each crepe so we would know what to order.
Food: You should order both savory & sweet crepes! They are both delicious, yummy & have different flavors inside!
The best place we ate in Quebec City! Friendly & helpful staff, eclectic ambiance, & the most delicious savory & sweet crepes! Very careful with gluten free for my husband with celiac disease. Thank you Le Billig!!
Thank god for this place! We have been having terrible luck with good food in Quebec City, our luck finally turned around thanks to Le Billig. Every single thing, even the homemade maple syrup ice tea (not pictured), was off the charts. On top of it all, not only the atmosphere was cute but our server was so sweet & kind. 10/10, everyone must go!!
What a charming cafe! Delicious crepes! We started with their homemade soupe du jour, followed by sweet crepes - special mention: the tatin (apple) with caramel sauce. & the Kouing-Amand is a must try! Our server, Claude was so welcoming & humorous. He absolutely made our day with his excellent service.
Wonderful food with responsive staff. French onion soup to die for. Also had the duck confit & scallops crepes. All wonderful but no room for a sweet dessert crepe. Next we'll start with dessert 🍨
Le Billig was a pleasant surprise of a find when we were in Quebec City. Sure, they offer all the crowd pleasing crepe menu items but it is their house special crepes that really shine. I ordered the'La Bearn' crepe (forgive my incorrect French). The buckwheat crepe was cooked to perfection--slightly crispy on the outside & chewy on the inside. Wrapped inside the crepe, the ingredients had their jam session. The mild & stringy goat cheese contrasted with the fresh crispy baby spinach. The duck confit & the onion confit created a savory & sweet combination. It was a delight. My husband ordered the'La Galette Saucisse'. The homemade sausage was delicious & the sauce added another layer of complex flavor. We asked the waiter to suggest a cider. He suggested his favorite, which was a very aromatic & flavorful cider, & not even among the more expensive items on their beverage list. Aside from good food & drinks, Le Billig has good people, who care about quality & taking care of customers. It is a down home causal place where we can relax & enjoy a meal, no need to worry about breaking a bank or dressing up. If we had discovered it earlier in our trip, we will go back again & again to try their different dishes. I guess it is one of the reasons to visit Quebec City again.
