We loved this place! The atmosphere was so warm & welcoming. Both the sweet & savory crêpes were amazing, & even the gluten-free options were excellent. A wonderful spot for families - definitely worth a visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Delicious & busy spot! We booked a reservation online for 10AM right at opening & there was a lineup of people waiting to get in. They were apparently full for reservations only so didn't allow walk ins.
I got the duck confit, my partner got the ham & cheese, & the kids got chocolate & banana & La fraiche.
All of them were very good! Duck confit was definitely more filling, but delicious. La fraiche had a fruit sorbet that was SO DELICIOUS! Highly recommend for something sweeter but not too sweet.
Service was lovely! Great spot overall & right on one of the most popular streets in Quebec City.
Customer service was GREAT, staff were friendly & helpful even gave us recommendations.
Food was good, it was tasty & the presentation was fabulous. They had sweet & savoury crêpes with a wide range of different beverages. Vegetarian options on menu as well.
Prices aren't outrageous.
When it's busy (usually around lunchtime)
You might have to wait for a table but, not for long.
Would 100% recommend.😀

Yes, this is really French crepes, non-sweet (eg with the benedictin style egges with spinach) or sweet (eg bananas with chocolate)... love this quality cuisine!
The place for excellent crepes & friendly good service! This cozy creperie is a hidden gem away from the bustling tourist traps. Their crepes, both sweet & savory, are absolutely divine-light, flavorful, & uniquely crafted. It's the ideal spot for a relaxed & authentic taste without the crowds. You won't regret seeking this one out!
Visited in mid day with my wife. She had a savory crepe (ham & egg with vegetables) while I had a sweet poutine, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream, & a pear. Both were delicious.
Service was amazing too. They were very polite, & though we did not speak French (our fault) they were still polite & receptive in English.
Deciding to have our brunch at Le Billing was one of the best decision that we made on our trip to Québec !! The Galettes de sarrasin swept us away with its blissful taste of crepe & honey & almond together !!! Blast of sweetness & happiness together ...
You just know from the moment you enter Le Billig that you are in for an incredible experience. From start to finish, we were treated so warmly by our server, Claude, who offered us more than just menu info. He talked about the city & made us feel at home. We melted away in a warm, cozy, immaculately clean setting - then came the food. We shared the cheese & prosciutto (La Lutece - image is the crepe thoughtfully split into two plates for sharing - we didn't even ask!) light & packed with flavours & then the apple caramel (La Talin) crepes both with buckwheat flour. The buckwheat crepe itself was so delicious- I didn't know buckwheat could taste so good. From the gently cooked tomatoes on the savory crepe to the homemade caramel & ice cream on our sweet crepe, we were so impressed. We will make a return tomorrow without a doubt. Thank you Claude & Le Billig!
