Nous sommes arrivés à l'improviste, l'établissement est facile d'accès, cadre agréable dans les bois. Visite & dégustation 13,95 par personne. En novembre, fin de la saison pour l'érable, pas de repas pour nous car nous venions juste pour visiter.
Très bien accueillis par le propriétaire M De Lessart qui a stoppé son travail dans le bois pour nous accueillir. Il nous a présenté la récolte de l'eau des érables & l'évolution au cours des années avec une dégustation du beurre d'érable.
Nous avons aussi eu la dégustation du sirop, tiré sur la glace, un vrai délice à volonté.
Le tour dans la boutique nous a enchanté, beaucoup de produits. Nous avons été tenté par le beurre, le sirop, les bonbons...
Nos amis vont être gâtés à notre retour en France.
Les'cousins normands' sont ravis de leur après midi & recommandent l'érablerie du Lac-Beauport.

Je suis venu visiter l'Erablière il y a 1 semaine & j'en garde un très bon souvenir. Le personnel est très accueillant & leurs présentation sur le processus de transformation de la sève d'Erable est très intéressante. Par ailleurs il est possible de poser des questions ce qui permet d'approfondir ses connaissances sur tous ce qui tourne autour de l'érable.

Merci encore au personnel de l'établissement de nous avoir ramené à Québec 😅.
