Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire & de son équipe. La visite historique de la cabane à sucre est menée avec entrain & rend l'expérience vivante. Le repas, partagé autour d'une grande tablée avec d'autres visiteurs, crée une belle ambiance conviviale. La dégustation de tire sur neige est un vrai plaisir. We expected a bit more than we got. The description & explanation of the male syrup process was very brief. Too noisy to hear. Lots of food served, but not great tasting. Sad because 3 years ago it was fantastic. Maybe cruise line picked inferior meal?
