Nous n avons pas mangé sur place. Nous y étions en été. Merci à l équipe de permettre aux touristes estivaux de bénéficier des infos & de comprendre l'expérience de l'érablière. Nous avons eu une explication par un passionné, une vraie histoire de famille qui s écoute avec plaisir ! Quel régal de nous avoir fait goûter les produits 😋! Une belle expérience !

Très belle érablière bien décoré. Les explications sur la fabrication du sirop d'érable sont un peu succinctes malgré la qualité des décors & objets. Nous avons pu essayer la fabrication du beurre d'erable. Le repas est bien typique, savoureux, sauf l'omelette au four que nous n'avons pas aimé. Nous avons également pu déguster la tarte au sucre (qui n'est pas servi d'habitude). Super de pouvoir faire le tire d'érable en plein été !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille à l'érablière.
Visite & explication de la fabrication du Sirop d'érable & repas festif très familiale. Ambiance musicale au top.
Avec nos 2 enfants nous avons vraiment adoré. Merci à vous 👍

Une très belle découverte, cette famille passionnée partage avec gentillesse & humour l'amour de leur métier ! On a découvert beaucoup de choses. Arrivés un peu en retard, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie ...
Visite guidée (avec dégustation de sirop d'érable sous toutes ses formes & tire sur neige même en été !!! + visite du site (musée des animaux, balade au coeur de l'érablière...) & repas festif découverte des spécialités locales servies généreusement. Nous étions attablés avec des francais & des Québécois, ça favorise les échanges! Un plaisir ! & clou du spectacle : le patron nous a appris à jouer de la cuillère !!

Must have experience for the family, they definitely have something for everyone. Fairly nice size gift shop with Syrup processing right inside.
Dinner is also available if you'd like, we had it as a part of our conference. The dishes were a fair size, served family buffet style.
There is also crêpes & syrup for dessert along with a syrup activity.
