Visite guidée sympathique mais pas toujours facile à entendre.
Concernant le repas, nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes & n'avons pas pu parlé entre nous tellement le niveau sonore de la musique ambiante (accordéon & cuillère en bois) était élevé.
Le repas était correct & local.
Sirop & beurre d'érable très bons, c'est l essentiel.

Lieu peut être chaleureux mais extrêmement bruyant. J'ai fini ma soirée dehors tellement le bruit était extrême. Visite passable. On n'entendait pas le narrateur.

Situazione piacevole, cibo buono, anche se non molto generoso nelle quantità, e servizio spartano ma gentile. Pensavo che la visita guidata si svolgesse nel bosco invece si limita ad una spiegazione, senz'altro esauriente, ma nella boutique del locale.

Pranzo e visita all'Érabière du Lac Beauport sono stati una delle esperienze più belle della nostra vacanza in Quebec. È un posto unico al mondo, autentico. Ascoltare il proprietario raccontare della sua famiglia e di come fanno lo sciroppo d'acero è stato un vero piacere, sia noi adulti sia i bambini eravamo affascinati.
Avevamo prenotato lì il pranzo, che è stato ottimo e abbondante: ci sono tavolate da 12 e quindi, come ci avevano detto, saremmo stati al tavolo con altri, ma questo ha reso anche il pranzo ancora più divertente.
Lo sciroppo d'acerto è stato il grande protagonista, anche in abbinamenti per noi insoliti (nella zuppa: ottimo!)
Davvero un posto imperdibile.
