Très déçu par l expérience. On nous demande d arriver 30 minutes en avances, nous pensions découvrir comment faire le sirop d érable mais en fait non comme nous n étions pas un groupe aucune explication données. On nous a seulement dis qu'ils passaient une vidéo en anglais & que pour patienter nous pouvions faire des emplettes. Après 30 minutes a tourner en rond nous avons eu notre premier bonjour pour nous dire de payer le repas avant de manger. Puis les plats sont arrivés sans aucunes explications. Au vu du tarif la qualité n est franchement pas au rendez-vous mais si au moins nous avions eu quelques explications sur la fabrication du sirop d étables ça aurait valu le coup. Fin de repas sur une crêpe avec du sirop d érable ( local où non on ne sait pas ) qui lui pour le coup était délicieux. Je ne sais pas si le personnel était fatigué d une fin de saison où si il y a une priorité au groupes importants en tout cas je déconseille franchement de venir manger ici. Passez juste rapidement voir le magasin & le musée gratuit puis rentrez manger chez vous. Nous n avons même pas eu le droit au fameux tire sur la neige

Our bus group had a vert enjoyable time. We learned about maple syrup collection & production. The young man who played guitar while we ate was delightful..the best part. The foor was served family style. There was plenty of ham, meat pie, beans, potatoes, bread, little sausage/hot dogs, & eggs. The eggs were good but different. It would be a better lunch than dinner.

Bel endroit. Fermette pour les petits & grands. Tiré au rendez-vous avec animations multiples. Le repas était bien (fèves au lard, jambon froid, omelette, pain, saucisses dans le sirop, pâté à la viande, oreilles de cris, patates, crêpes, tarte au sucre). À volonté. Service impeccable. Endroit propre. Table multiples, mais un peu entassés. Belle expérience!
