Première fois pour nous lors de notre séjour à Québec. Bon repas copieux type campagnard ce qui réchauffe le ventre s'il fait froid . Bonne ambiance guitariste avec chants .
Après le repas vous vous diriger vers la cabine à sucre pour le tir sur la neige & un petit résumé sur la fabrication. je m'attendais à une mini demo sur la récolte ou la production ...
Très bonne équipe serveuse , cuisinier etc ..
