L’érablière !!!! Une déception pour nous concernant notre dernière soirée . Nous recherchions ce côté convivial & chaleureux qu’ont les Québécois. Le repas n’est pas top, la soupe sort un peu du lot, sinon le reste n’est pas fameux. Pour l’histoire du sucre à la boutique, il faudra repasser, je vais rechercher sur Google … Trop succinct. La c’est selon moi plus une boutique … 🍁

Très bonne visite de l'érablière! Nous avons tout appris sur l'histoire du sirop d'érable, sur sa fabrication, avec des objets & décors concrets. Le musée du trappeur est un excellent complément à la visite! On plonge dans les racines du Canada en dégustant un succulent sirop dans un cadre typique. Merci!

Une activité très attrappe touriste. Le repas est de qualité moyenne pour un prix exorbitant & on impose le tip sans laisser de choix au client. Expérience décevante.

Lors de nos échanges pour la réservation, Richard nous a donné un super service. Par contre, une fois venue le temps de confirmer notre réservation, quelques jours avant l'événement, plusieurs choses avaient changé avec Catherine. Nous avons tout de même pu trouver un terrain d'entente.

Une fois sur place, la nourriture était bonne (potage, poulet, frite, salade de chou, crêpe & tire sur neige). Les quantités étaient généreuses. Il y avait de l'ambiance & nous avons eu un bon service. Nous avons aussi pu profiter du feu en soirée. Merci pour les installations !
